In order to understand the stakeholders’ needs and requirements, An Post along with Dublin City Council and University College Dublin organized an external stakeholder workshop. The objective of the workshop was to gain an understanding of pain points of the delivery companies and city council and hence, derive the needs of the pilot that are common to businesses, delivery companies and city council.
