Urban Mobility Days is a biennial conference, jointly organised in 2022 by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Mobility & Transport (DG MOVE), and the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU. It is a major event in the urban mobility calendar. Urban Mobility Days provides a unique forum for policymakers, local authorities, academics, NGOs, urban transport practitioners, and urban planners to connect and discuss the way forward for a sustainable, innovative, and equitable future for Europe’s urban mobility.
SENATOR was presented in Brno (Czech Republic) in the event that brought together political leaders and innovative EU-funded projects to promote sustainability. SENATOR was part of the exhibition area of the UMD 2022 to offer visitors a place to learn more about what the project proposes for more sustainable urban logistics. Consortium members from MDS Transmodal, Zabala Innovation and Deustotech hosted the stand in which we participated together with our sister projects LEAD and ULaaDS. The SENATOR project was also presented by the consortium member Mike Hatfield from MDS Transmodal in the 10 pitches session.
