- CIVITAS Fourm 2024
The Senator project proudly participated in the CIVITAS Forum 2024 (#CF2024), which took place from October 1 to 3 in Parma, Italy. This prestigious event gathered a diverse range of stakeholders in urban mobility, including city planners, policymakers, and transport operators, all dedicated to advancing sustainable urban transport solutions.
Representatives from our partners —Correos, Dublin City Council, and Zabala Innovation—, were present to engage in insightful discussions. A significant highlight of Senator’s involvement was its contribution to the session titled “Leveraging Data Integration for Seamless Mobility and Logistics,” which explored how data integration can enhance urban logistics and improve overall transport efficiency.
- CIVITAS Cluster Follow-Up Meeting
Notably, on the day prior to the event, September 31, the Senator project attended a follow-up meeting convened by the CIVITAS cluster as part of this initiative. This meeting included three distinct working sessions: the Project Coordinators Meeting, the Evaluation Managers Meeting, and the Dissemination Managers Meeting.
The purpose of these sessions was to provide an overview of the current status of various projects and to facilitate discussions on topics of interest for each group.
- Workshop on Urban Logistics Innovations
Finally, the Senator project participated in the CIVITAS Urban Logistics Workshop, titled “Transferring Last-Mile Logistics Innovations and Models Between European Cities.” This workshop was co-organized by the Green Last-Mile Logistics City Platform, coordinated by the URBANE project, and the CIVITAS Urban Logistics and Freight Cluster, taking place just before the Forum’s opening ceremony.
